Who this program is for
GroomingOps sends operational text messages only to people who work with us to run Zoomin Groomin grooming locations — franchise owners, location staff and groomers, and our internal operations team. We do not text the general public, and this is not a consumer or marketing program.
What you'll receive
Operational and coordination texts for running your location: day-of coverage, scheduling and dispatch updates, account and system notifications, and operational reminders. Message frequency varies based on operational needs.
How you opt in
You opt in by submitting the form above — entering your mobile number and checking the consent box. Team members may also be enrolled during onboarding, when you sign your operator agreement or complete team onboarding, after being shown the same consent language. Providing your number is voluntary and is not a condition of any purchase.
How to opt out or get help
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time — you'll get a confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@groomingops.com or (865) 999-7726.
