What we store
Contact details you submit through our forms (name, business, email, phone), operational data inside your MoeGo account that we access to perform the services, and — if you use our customer-communication services — your business's customer conversations: phone calls answered by our team or by Zoey, our AI assistant, Facebook Messenger conversations from any Page you connect, customer email forwarded from your connected inbox, and Google Local Services Ads leads from any account you connect.
How to disconnect
MoeGo: remove the GroomingOps user from your MoeGo admin users. Our access ends immediately.
Facebook: remove GroomingOps from your Page (Facebook Settings → Business Integrations), or ask us and we'll disconnect it for you. Removing the integration invalidates our access token — we can no longer receive or send messages for that Page.
Phone: ask us to release your Zoey line and we'll route your number however you direct.
Email: turn off the forwarding rule in your Gmail settings and revoke our send permission from your Google Account security page, or ask us and we'll disconnect it for you.
Google Local Services Ads: remove our access from your Google Ads account, or ask us and we'll disconnect it for you.
How to request deletion
Email hello@groomingops.com or call (865) 999-7726 and tell us what you want deleted — a single conversation, your Facebook message history, your email history, your Local Services Ads lead history, or everything we hold for your business.
We complete deletion within 30 days and confirm in writing when it's done. Ending service entirely also triggers deletion of stored client data within 30 days, per our privacy policy.
What deletion covers
Stored customer conversations (calls, Facebook messages, and email), Google Local Services Ads lead records, contact records we created for your business, and any operational copies we hold outside your MoeGo account. Data inside your own MoeGo account belongs to you and stays untouched — we simply lose access when you remove our account.
