Who we are
GroomingOps is the operating brand of Pillar Operations LLC (“GroomingOps,” “we,” “us”). We provide remote operational support to Zoomin Groomin franchisees. This policy explains what information we handle and how, when you visit this site or use our services.
Information we handle
Contact details you submit through our request form—such as your name, business, email, and phone number—so we can follow up with you.
Operational data within your MoeGo account—including customer, appointment, and scheduling information—accessed only as needed to perform the services on your behalf.
How we access your MoeGo account
You grant access by adding our dedicated service account to your MoeGo as an admin user. We do not request, receive, or store your own MoeGo login credentials, and you can revoke access at any time by removing that account.
How we use information
We use the information solely to provide and support the services—managing scheduling, communication, and day-to-day coordination within your MoeGo account—and to respond to your inquiries. We do not use it for advertising.
Payments
Card and bank information is collected and processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. We do not store full card numbers or bank credentials—only a payment reference that lets us charge amounts due for the services.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data. We rely on a small set of third-party providers to deliver the services—including MoeGo, Stripe, and our internal hosting and tooling—and share information with them only as needed to operate, or where required by law.
Retention and deletion
We retain operational data only as long as needed to provide the services. Upon termination, we delete stored client data within 30 days. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us in writing.
Security
We protect access using standard internal security controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard the information we handle.
